Take off one's shoes !
When returning from work and shopping in the house, the Japanese takes off
shoes. It is because it is possible to relax very much.
I think that most Japanese do so. Will you also try?
Surely, it becomes addicted.

Oh I miss leaving my shoes at the door! I love life in Japan and really miss it. Alas, I will have to wait a few more months before visiting again.

I am a Japanese. I always take off my shoes,so I am very interesed in other culture which doesn't take off shoes.
I am American, but I think it is strange that Americans wear shoes in house. I take off shoes because of dirt coming into house.
